Breathwork, designed for real life
Most breathwork asks you to figure it out alone. Ours doesn't. Each practice is a guided sequence, the breath, the timing, and an exclusive sound in immersive 8D, taking you somewhere a solo breath never reaches. And more tools for daily life are on the way.

Frequently asked questions
No. Every Bali Breathwork™ session (Rise, Reset and Rest) is fully guided in the Bali Breathwork™ App, so you just press play and follow the voice. Beginners are welcome, and explainer videos cover the basics.
Many people say they feel calmer or more focused after their first 10- or 20-minute guided session. Everyone is different, and the sessions are short enough to make part of your daily routine.
The sessions were created with busy, overthinking minds in mind. Slow, guided breathing can help you relax and feel more grounded, and many members use them daily. They are a wellbeing practice and not a treatment for anxiety or any medical or mental-health condition.
No. The Full Daily Breathwork Kit is a one-off payment of £89 (normally £171) with lifetime access, and each single session is £57. You can use them any time, on any device, in the Bali Breathwork™ App.
Bali Breathwork™ is active breathwork, not meditation. Instead of trying to clear your mind, you follow guided breathing patterns paired with immersive 8D audio. It suits people who find it hard to sit still.
Breathwork is not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, or have epilepsy, a heart or blood pressure condition, asthma, a history of panic attacks or any other medical or mental-health condition, please check with your doctor before starting. Always practise sitting or lying down, never while driving or in water, and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell.
